Sales? Great. Financing? Great. Product offering? Great. Installation? Assumed to be great Post-Installation Cleanup and Quality Control? Mediocre at best. Snowfencing used for dog run not replaced.  No less than a dozen roofing nails in our driveway and dog run. Plastic sheeting found in front flowerbed. Preciously installed gutter guard panels were not replaced as they'd been found prior to old roof removal. One panel was left sitting on front porch.  Opposite side gutter obviously no longer covered.  Where did the panels go? We're they disposed of with old roofing material? Bright orange nail roll caps are everywhere!  There is no way the crew did any kind of meticulous review of the property.  We are still finding the orange caps months later. Had we been home, we never would have signed off on the project completion given how the property was left...especially since these issues were so obviously visible. I had the pleasure of trying  to get a new roof .The gentlemen were punctual ,very diligent in their knowledge and were understanding of my situation.I couldn't find a way to purchase a roof at this time but they were  kind  Im sorru I couldn't purchase a roof at this time but the presentation of the products were on point and they made it easy to understand. Jonathon and Syun Came to my home and inspected my roof and my attic spaces. They were personable, approachable, Friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about their product. If these two gentlemen cannot sell you on their product, nobody can.! They showed me roof damage, shingle damage, mold in my attic space, structural defects from water damage that I never knew I had. Thank God for this team. I have a beautiful home on Pines Lake and I want to keep it that way. I look forward to the end product.! Nick G. & Dante came out to my home for a free estimate and provided very good intel and information on my roof outside and most importantly on the inside of it.
